Development

While we are just at the beginning of our development journey, we are actively working to expand our knowledge and footprint in this corner of the building industry. We currently have two properties, totally four apartment rentals that we developed and manage directly. Below is a brief overview of each development.

COACH HOUSE ADU

Located in the heart of Logan Square, this is our first ADU coach house project and is our third development project. The property is an abnormally narrow and long lot of 22'x180' and is situated along two alleys. There is an existing building we developed on the property which was completed in 2023.

Located in the heart of Logan Square, this property was our very first home and second development project. Purchased in 2017, this humble cottage dates all the way back to 1891. Over the last 130+ years, it underwent many patchwork renovations. When we moved out in 2023, we renovated the home, providing much-needed upgrades to the existing electrical, plumbing, and roof systems.
